The new year has officially arrived. Have you come up with a realistic resolution yet?

Last week, we made a few suggestions on how you can improve your overall health with smarter food choices. This week, we'll recommend a few ways to make your well-being a priority with a few lifestyle adjustments.

Consider this round of suggestions for your New Year's resolutions:

Supplement Your Raw Diet
Yes, you'll receive an abundance of nutrients by eating a primarily raw, plant-based diet. But even the healthiest organic produce lacks some of the vital vitamins and minerals you need to thrive. Thankfully, we offer some of best supplement plans that can increase your nutritional intake, reduce toxins in your body, boost your energy levels and improve your overall health.

Exercise Regularly
A proper diet is critical, but regular exercise is important as well. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week, so make it your goal to do just that. There are plenty of ways to stay physically active – whether you spend time at the gym, join a fitness group with friends or jog around the block every morning. Consider mixing things up to reduce your chance of getting bored.

Take Time for Reflection
Fueling a healthy physical body is a critical goal, and you need to spend time reflecting on your progress. "Reflection turns experience into insight," says leadership expert John Maxwell. So take time to reflect daily, weekly and monthly on your progress. Build on your successes and learn from your failures. Turn your insights into actions and reclaim your health this year.
